257. On the day of the Assumption of the Queen of Angels and our Lady, the Lord granted me this grace: in a vision, He showed me her ascent to Heaven, the joy and solemnity with which she was received, and the place where she is. I would not know how to describe it. The delight my spirit experienced in seeing such glory was immense. This caused great effects in me, and I gained an even greater desire to endure great trials and to serve this Lady, for she so greatly deserved it. (Saint Teresa of Jesus)
